ABOUT US
Founded in 2009, our company emerged from a vision to revolutionize oral health care with the creation of the Oral Hygiene Instruction (OHI) Card. This innovative tent card offers a personalized daily oral care plan, designed to guide individuals toward optimal oral and overall health.
Recognizing that the OHI Card alone could not fully address the complexities of oral health, we developed a Daily Oral Care Screening (DOCS). This screening tool is used to personalize a daily oral care plan for individuals to obtain optimal oral health.
Our commitment to integrating oral health with general health is exemplified through our OHI Card Program. We provide DOCS D-Track Training for dental professionals, empowering them to operate the program as Directors and effectively administer DOCS. Additionally, our DOC Cross-Training services equip nursing staff and caregivers to deliver effective daily oral care to those they oversee.
The OHI Card Program is designed to be inclusive, featuring telehealth services, a referral program, silver diamine fluoride (SDF) treatments, community education resources, a free dental aid refill program, and a dedicated research committee to continually enhance our services.
We focus on serving children aged 12 and up, the elderly in home and long-term care facilities, as well as rural communities, with a particular emphasis on Black and Hispanic populations.
Our mission is to make good oral health an attainable goal for everyone, ensuring that all individuals have access to the oral care they need for a healthier smile.

My Story
_edited.jpg)
During my time at The Ohio State University, I worked as a CNA at a local nursing home. There is where I first learned that elderly living in nursing homes had poor oral health across the globe! It was also the moment I realized I wanted to be a Dental Hygienist.
With over 20 years of expertise in Periodontology, General Practice, Implantology and retiring in Pediatrics, I have dedicated my life to oral health. However, my journey took a dramatic turn in 2013 when I was the victim of a robbery that left me with a gunshot wound to my dominant left thumb. After surgery, I was devastated to learn that I would never be able to practice again! I sulked in my sorrows for a few months then got up, brushed myself off and got to work. Along the way I conducted my own research and developed products to ultimately make Hygienist job easier and guide patients to effectively remove daily plaque.
During the stressful years I waited for a social security approval, I ventured into other business entities such as successfully owning & operating an online women's apparel and accessories store for 4 years, and due to covid-19 the business closed. Then I remembered the OHI Card I created and copyrighted and with newfound time on my hands I further created the OHI Sheet, built a training manual, a web site, marketing materials and so forth. A real one woman show.
I realized my incident was no mistake but carefully designed and I thank God for showing me favor and guiding me through it all with a sane mind!
I am passionate about promoting healthy smiles and empowering others to achieve oral health success!
